Liff
Delete your Liff account
You can delete your Liff account whenever you like. It deletes your account and what we keep for it, and it can’t be undone.
How to delete your account
Your Liff account is the same account as on Glassly’s website, so you can delete it in Liff, on the web, or ask us to.
In Liff
Tap Things left at the top of Liff’s home screen to open your account (or open Settings, then Account), choose Delete account, then Delete. It happens straight away.
On the web
Go to glassly.dev/settings and sign in with the Google account you use in Liff. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. It happens straight away.
By email
Write to support@glassly.dev from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you, and delete it within 30 days (usually within a few days).
What’s deleted
- Your account and your sign-in details.
- Your Things: their code, their design and what you asked for.
- The conversations about changes, earlier versions of your Things, and descriptions of photos you added.
- Error reports from your Things.
- Feedback you sent and reports you made.
- The databases of online Things we run for you.
- Any plan you pay for on glassly.dev, which is cancelled.
Liff Plus, bought through Google Play, isn’t cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in Google Play first, under Payments and subscriptions.
What we keep
- Records of payments and plans, and of each make and change, which the law requires us to keep for accounting and tax. We keep them for at least 6 years.
- Copies in our backups, which are replaced every night and gone within 14 days.
- Our server logs, only as long as we need them to run and protect the service.
- Requests that some of the companies running the AI models keep for a time under their own policies. We can’t delete those for you.
- Databases in your own Supabase account: they’re yours, and they stay there.
On your phone
Deleting your account in Liff also removes your Things from that phone. Deleting it on the web or by email doesn’t reach into your phone: your Things and what’s in them stay on it until you remove them or uninstall Liff. Uninstalling Liff removes everything it kept on your phone.
Removing one Thing
To remove one Thing and keep your account, open the Thing’s details in Liff and choose Remove. That removes it from your phone and from your Things, along with its database if we run one for it. Its code and the conversation about its changes stay with your account until you delete your account.
